day we receive your order.

process takes .

2. Business License or Permit

Varies but average time is 4-8 biz days - could take longer in some states.

Fed Tax Id Number (1- 24 hours)
- We send you the Number by Email to use to open your business
bank account. Note, the gov't will send you a welcome package
within 1-2 weeks. .

State Tax Id Number (Employer Number)
varies but average time is 1-8 DAYS - could take longer in
some states. In some states, we file
on the same day we receive your order; however, note that it may
take a few days for the gov't to mail you the certificate.

Sellers may take 1- 5
but may take as long as 3-10 business days
because there are special processing requirements (e.g., if you have
high projected gross sales - e.g., 50,000 per year, some states may
require a deposit. Or if you don't provide all requested
info such as a SS#, it may take longer to process. )

What I Have to Do Before I pay for
the Service?

questionnaire form, so we can prepare the documents.
What I Have to Do After I pay for
the Service?

In some cases we either need an original signature to file
the document, or additional
info such as your social. In most states we come to your office or
Home-Based and have you sign (if required) and notarize (if
required) - otherwise we just Get the document and email or
mail it to you.
Note:
The time
it takes for Business Licenses & Permits to be filed is normally the average
time
posted.
If it takes longer for reasons beyond our control, you still
have to pay us our FULL service fee.

We are not responsible for government delays in processing
your documents.

Sometime the government may take longer to process your
documents.

Consequently, there will be no refunds if the government
took longer to process your business documents.

documents. You are still responsible for paying us the FULL
SERVICE FEE QUOTED.
“Same Day” Services: “Same Day” Means 24-48 Hours. We will
do our best to file the Business Licenses & Permits within this time frame -
24-48 Hours.
However, note, in some cases for various reasons, even if we
file the document within this time frame, we may not be able
to give you the originals or copies on the same day.
Nor we guarantee “original” that we can produce original
documents. Business Licenses & Permits may be faxed to you, or emailed and the government may keep the
original documents.

There are NO cancellations or refunds for “Same Day”
Services if we filed within 48 hours and you got the
originals or copies of the filed Business Licenses & Permits within 3 days of
filing them.
